Immersed in the fitness/rehabilitative and performing arts industries, Autumn is a midwestern USA-based Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor and former professional ballerina.

Concurrent with her professional ballet career, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from California Baptist University in 2022 with Bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology and Sport & Performance Psychology with a minor in Psychology. She is involved in ongoing formal and informal research concerning the psychological and physiological dynamics of pre-professional and professional ballet.

Autumn became a Pilates Instructor in 2022 and enjoys utilizing her wide variety of experiences to cultivate an open & inviting atmosphere of growth, autonomy, and confidence-building for individuals of all fitness levels, backgrounds, and populations.

Autumn loves Pilates because it emphasizes proper body alignment, encourages good posture, leads to gains in flexibility/mobility/strength, and simply feels amazing to do!
